Skill Set Information: Rune Magic is a type of Conjuration magic that is used to generate and place mystical Runes upon objects, places or people for various effects.
Passives: Spirit Writer; Runic Magic User's are never without writing utensils, as they can simply and effortlessly apply a bit of magic to their fingertips or an object to write.
Comprehend Language; Because of their connection to Words, they are able to grasp written words meaning, regardless of it's origin.
Skill Set Strengths: Versatility; Runic Magic can produce a myriad of different effects, from causing a wall to crumble to removing the traction from a section of the ground, because of this it's considered quite dangerous when in the hands of a clever User.
Subtly; Likewise it's a very subtle type of magic, traps being planted seamlessly merely by the user brushing their hand over something.
Skill Set Weakness: Short Range; Rune Magic cannot be placed on something and then be placed on something else, the User must always come into contact with their target for the magic to work.
Mind and Soul; The Casting of Runic Magic requires the User to mean these words, to truly align himself with their meaning and accept them as actions and deeds.
If the User does not mean the words, they lose all strength and fizzle out.

Technique Description: The User places a Rune upon a surface, and for the duration of five posts that surface loses all sense of friction in an area of eight meters with the rune being the center point.
Those who step into the effected area, are affected as if they have stepped into an oiled up marble floor, likely causing them to lose all sense of balance, or they will be able to grasp something without it slipping from their hands.
Or any other effect oil may have on a surface, or object.
