Skill Set Name: Gift of the Ocean Dream
Elemental Property: Water
Stat Specialization: Utility/Offensive-Melee
Skill Set Information: Gift of the Ocean Dream is a magical ability given by his god itself. Given to specifically Hitode to exploit his strengths, Gift of the Ocean Dream gives the user the power to take the ocean with him. More specifically, the user is able to switch surface or air for water, if not completely, he is able to switch properties from one to another. For example, he can make it possible to swim in the air or through solid objects, or in higher levels of power, even make the enemy incapable of breathing (will not be used in this character).
Passives:

  • The user is able to generate around a maximum of 1 meter square of water per post by transforming the air into water. This is salty water so it can not be consumed either. This is mostly to get something wet if wanted or to put out a little fire. The water can be created through any part of his body and molded into a sphere before dropping.
  • By giving the air around him properties similar to the ocean currents and waves, the user is not only perfectly able to tell where is the wind blowing, but can also slightly feel other people moving in an area of 2 meters per level caping at 50 meters radius. This is like a radial vision with his skin; a blurry but somewhat effective vision.
  • Dream Techniques: Most ocean dream techniques will scale with Hiroko's level. They affect certain areas which will grow by levels. The area is 1 meter per level radius. Dream techniques WILL specify they are affected by this passive in their description. Also, all of these techniques can be used on the user, in this case, they can be made to follow the user or target making it so that the effect stays around the selected in case he moves to another place.


Skill Set Strengths:
-Water base attacks are 50% more effective against fire techniques.
-Helps him maximize the usage of his linage and race.
-Big variety of techniques.
Skill Set Weakness:
-Water base attacks are 50% weaker against rock techniques.
-The user receives 25% more damage from lightning base attacks when in the middle of a continuous technique.
-Techniques of this skill will never be allied friendly which means it can represent harm for them if not used correctly.

The range on this will definitely need to be nerfed, having access to motion based detection at such a low level is a little much.

Technique Description: While a difficult to learn technique, it's very simple for the user to actually perform. Being the signature ability of Hitode, he is able to give the air in direct contact with his skin oceanic properties. Technique Description: By giving any solid object his is in contact with the properties of water, he is able to swim and breath inside of solid surfaces. This can be used to swim inside the ground, hide or just walk through walls. This also makes it so that Hitode's body thinks he is underwater and gains pluses from race and or linage.

So looking at these two skills, I've come to the conclusion that they would be extremely over powered for simple F rank abilities. F rank skills in essence are supposed to be small concepts in nature, buffs should be noticeable but not extreme. What you're wanting to do with both skills not only bypasses a limit intentionally put on your race and lineage, by your second skills allows you to literally walk through all physical matter. These concepts would be much better suited to be ranked at the higher tiers, but definitely not F rank. Also being F ranks with such great utility, they cost very minimal Vitality Points and have no cooldowns. If you're confused about what might pass as an F rank, look at other player's approved skill sets for an idea. If you're curious as to the limits and costs of F rank abilities, look in the thread where you found the template or even ask a mod for further clarification.

All in all, if you really wanted to keep these two skills, they would require some heavy nerfing and have limits implemented into them. Otherwise, I would suggest saving both of these ideas for when your character grows and you have access to higher ranked skills and simply replace these with abilities you find suitable after perhaps some research.
