It took a great deal of investigating to scrounge up anything on this man. Mr.Ombra has made a name for himself in recent years through personal hits, assassinations on political figures and contract killings of any kind,but for some time that's all he was: a name. The only real calling card of this phantom was the brutality seen in his targets' remains; a habit which earned him the title "Red Death". From investigations of the corpses, he does make a habit of using varied poisons. Another notable trait of his work is the cadavers' wrinkled physique as if they had been 'drained' somehow. As for personal quirks and history we have very little to go on. We know that he once sailed alongside one of the current Shichibukai, but this is only hearsay at most. This is a subtle and very skilled mark. Doing most of their work nocturnally they are more likely to be found at night, but are a much greater danger (the photographer did not survive, in fact.The photograph was recovered later). The only recognizable feature we can provide is the mask he is depicted in.
