| Crouching down with his medical bag at his side he said. "Calm down, you'll be right. Just hang in there." He smiled to give the boy reassurance that everything was going to be alright. The pirate then injected the boy with a mild sedative. Yami was treating a patient that was around the age of ten. A broken leg and arm was the result of playing games on a cliff. Thankfully, Yami was there to witness and quickly begin treatment. He was surrounded by several other children that had been playing along with the boy. Most of their faces were filled with horror. Before he giving him the sedative the boy flailed around kicking his unbroken leg. Now the medicine was taking effect and the boy was much more calm.
Yami knew he had to reset the broken bones, which was going very painful for the child. Even with the medicine in his system, it was still going to hurt. It isn't something he was quite fond of ,but it had to be done though. Being so busy with prep work he didn't manage to get the boys name. So he looked up and asked the group of kids. "Whats his name? Any of you know?" One of the kids muttered. "Jack his name is Jack." Yami looked back a the boy Jack.
There was a soft spot for kids in his heart. So he decided that the other kids shouldn't watch as he reset Jack's bones. He figured it'll give them nightmare or some form of trauma. "I need you guys to do something important for me. Go back to your village and get an adult for me." Without hesitation the kids dispersed running back toward their village.
As the kid ran off toward their village, Yami began to worry. He was still a criminal in the eyes of many. It was till unclear if he was a criminal to the people of this island. Hopefully they would accept the pirate. On some islands even though he helped save the lives of their people, they still tried to run him off the island. While other island accepted him with open arms. Then again this was the general gamble of traveling and living the life of a pirate. And being without a crew made it just a little harder.
