Tier 1: You’re capable of creating basic techniques that consist of more intermediate abilities with swordsmanship. All of your techniques consisting of swordsmanship will be of melee range. Your techniques aren’t capable of doing much else except cutting other living beings.
Tier 2: You’re now capable of creating more advanced techniques. Your techniques are capable of cutting through stronger material such as stone and Iron. You may be capable of launching ranged attacks.
Tier 3: You’re capable of ranged Area of Effect techniques. Through your techniques you are able to cut through some of the stronger materials such as steel.
Tier 4:You are both able to cut through large objects of stone such as large statues, and are capable of launching long ranged attacks.
Doctor: 1 - Tiers:
Tier 1: You’re capable of some of the most basic techniques medical school can teach. You’re knowledgeable in dealing with most basic injuries and you know basic first aid. You can treat minor cuts, most bruising and restore a small amount of HP during fights.
Devil Fruit: 1 - Tiers:
Tier 1: Kane is able to utilize small amounts of electricity usually damaging single targets or damaging very small areas. Thunder in this tier can cause up to 2nd degree burns on targets and is only fatal against week civilians such a kids or elders. Mobility wise, Kane can only perform basic single dashing techniques at the speed of lightning yet not offensively. Light paralysis can also be used on enemies.
Tier 2: Kane is able to use slightly bigger attacks damaging more than one target at a time or medium areas. These attacks are able to deal 3rd degree burns and are fatal for most civilians. Mobility wise, Kane is able to dash more than once or only once while also performing an offensive attack. Stronger paralysis can also be used on targets.
Tier 3: Kane is able to utilize big amounts of electricity damaging multiple enemies and big areas. These attacks cause 4th degree burns and are fatal for weak enemies as well as any civilian. Mobility wise, Kane is able to use multiple attacks with high mobility in a single technique. Full paralysis can now be achieved on enemies. In this tier Kane is also able to heat up metal to slightly manipulate it to create weapons or bind enemies.
Tier 4: The power of his attacks becomes enormous able to completely destroy areas small enough to fit in his attacks. He is also able to almost permanently be in his logia form and transform by reflex, instantly evading any physical damage without even having to know about a threat. The mobility given by his fruit is also increased allowing him to move and attack as fast as lightning in the battlefield.
