"You! Yes.. You! The lonely looking fellow.."
At level 3 you are able to obtain a 'D' Class Pet or Companion who will journey and help you on your travels. This Pet/Companion will gain experience at the end of Tasks just like regular characters. When they level up they also gain stats - However, They only gain stats every two levels. At level 5 you are able to get another Pet/ Companion slot that can be filled by buying a Companion or pet from the Grand Tavern.. Know that they can die at any moment during the RP..
There are Two Types: The first is a Companion, Which are Humanoids and can be a Max size of 3X3 meters. The Second is a Pet which has a max size of 5X5 meters.
Now that we have the Types out of the way we can talk about what Companions and Pets are able to do. They are just like a character except they gain half of whatever a character would normally have. They can be equipped with weaponry, Armor, and have a mini set of skills. The Interesting thing about the companions and pets is they can eat a Devil fruit! Whether your Companion is a Support, Offense or Defense is all up to you- But be very careful! they can die at any time during your adventures so its best if you look out for them!
Here is a Chart on how many techniques a Companion is able to have per rank and their Stamina to use those Techniques.
- Techniques and Leveling:
When a companion is with you during a Task they get Experience points and level up with you. There are limitations on stat gains and Techniques when leveling up, however.

Stat Gains:
Your companion will start out at level Zero where they gain half of the stats you would normally get; Which is +50 Stats to start out with. They will also gain 2 PRO Points to put in a desired area of expertise. As they gain EXP and finally start leveling up they will get stats every two levels- So starting at Level Zero you would gain +3 stats at level 2, +3 stats at level 4, Ect. Until you reach a Tier Rank Up- Where you would gain +8 [Half of what you would Normally get.] On Tier Rank ups you will also get 1 PRO point to put in your Desired area.
