Description: Long staff. Plain beneath the end, on the top there is a little clouds. Ends with a hoop above the clouds. Made of steel.


Strengths:
-- Can give allies a +50 Speed boost
-- Allows the user to temporarily change the direction of the wind, and cause it to pick up to rough, but not damaging speeds. He can change the direction and speed of the wind whenever, and for however long he wants.
-- Can, once per thread, summon a storm. Everyone, excluding the wielder of the staff, receives a -20 debuff to speed. Storm stays for 5 posts.

Weaknesses:
-- User has to focus on target to give +50 Speed boost. User cannot attack or defend, and is restricted to basic movements (Simply walking. Speed is reduced by 3/4ths while focusing.)
-- User is required to have Nature on the staff to make it useful.
-- It's blunt, can't slash or cut normally.

Could you please say how often you can change the direction of wind and how long it would last?
