| Skill Set Name: Cyberian Warfare Elemental Property: Neutral Stat Specialization: Offensive, Attack based. Skill Set Information:Utilizing her own cybernetic enhancements (Here and Here for instance) as well as various other methods, Lillie's main skill-set allows for varied combat potential to fit with her cybernetic nature as well as provide utility in the event she fights with a group. This Skill-Set focuses heavily around the use of the aforementioned cybernetic enhancements and as such if these parts are damaged or destroyed, this skill-set becomes much more difficult if not incapable in being used properly. It is worth noting that most of these skills revolve around speed and strength in order to overwhelm an opponent and thus has a more difficult time with enemies that can either match this speed or have the defensive ability to endure the attacks. Quriks(N/A) Skill Set Strengths:- Allows for the use of various additions to the cybernetic arm, through use of attachments as well as skill-only abilities. - Versatile, different forms of attack or utility depending on a given situation. Skill Set Weakness: - When submerged in water, abilities involving cybernetic parts are reduced in effectiveness by 25%, with a 10% penalty when in cold weather without proper protection against the elements. - Most abilities can only be used when the cybernetic arm is operational and thus it must be repaired often, especially if damaged during a fight. - F Rank:

At this rank, only works on small electrical issues or a small part and cannot repair completely severed areas or heavy damage to the cybernetic limb or part.

F Rank Technique Description: Not truly a combat technique, this ability activates a small sonar pulse from the cybernetic arm which can be used to judge, through echolocation, where one's position is from a solid surface in the event they cannot see. The pulse releases one ever few seconds and can be cast repeatedly in order to make full effectiveness of the pulse, although it is quiet enough that it cannot hurt one's ears as the frequency is not too high or too low as to do so.
This ability is able to travel a distance of ten meters maximum, although will travel a shorter distance if encountering a wall or another solid object such as a person standing in the path - this is not, of course, able to detect enemies in the same way that a thermal or typical sonar pulse would be able to do so and is instead meant purely for directional purposes due to the fact it is impossible to judge whether or not the pulse had come into contact with a person or simply a wall. Although the distinction between these things is up to the user's ability to determine which is which and whether or not the object in question is living or not.

Technique's Duration 1 post on target hit depending on tier.
B Rank Technique Description:
Allows the user to infuse ammunition such as bullets with electricity so that when fired they are capable of stunning one letter lower tiered targets briefly or shocking higher-tiered ones both effects lasting a single post. This electricity is lost upon contact with water and is ineffective against opponents who use a lightning element.
The range of the bullets themselves are typically that of the maximum range of the weapon they are being fired from minus ten meters due to the added weight of the infused ammunition. I.E A rifle which fires thirty meters at a maximum range can only fire twenty meters at maximum to be effective and as a side-note this also does not increase the user's accuracy, so for them to be able to hit a target from a distance with this ammunition they must first be able to hit it at all.
The benefit, beyond the stunning/shocking however is that it increases the accuracy of the user by a single tier, allowing them to counteract the loss of range with an increase to their accuracy for the time that this ability is used, this bonus is lost once the ability ends however.
B Rank Technique Name: Electric Shield

B Rank Technique Description:
Again utilizing the electricity running throughout her partially cybernetic body, Lillie channels this into a small shield which covers her body temporarily in 1 to 1 ratio of electricity in order to shock an enemy who attempts to attack but of course is ineffective against methods such as bullets or even swords as they can still slice through this with relative ease.
The main purpose of this ability is to allow for protection against hand-to-hand based attacks and gives a small increase of willpower by a single tier temporarily against them however this bonus does not apply to ranged or weaponry based attacks and is lost once the technique ends.
Clarification: This shield does not extend above or off the wearer's body ( excluding clothing ) and as such does not have a gap between it and the user although will be adjusted according to the user's attire at the time so that it does not go underneath or into the clothing merely around it and the user's body itself.
B Rank Technique Name: Flashbang

B Rank Technique Description: Utilizing the electricity present throughout her cybernetic body, Lillie is able to focus and enhance this briefly in order to create a bright flash of light that is meant to blind and disorient an enemy to prevent attack or to incapacitate them. This technique has a range of ten meters and anything within a five meter range is liable to be blinded and within the ten meter range to be temporarily disoriented, all of this depending upon stats and other factors such as if they are facing the light or otherwise have protection from it.

A Rank Technique Description: Acts much like the ability from level zero, however is much more effective at this rank and is able to repair damaged wiring and circuits within the cybernetic parts of the user's body on the fly and even reattach and mend severed cybernetic enhancements ( this requires two posts to complete without being interrupted unlike the simpler damages )
It is of note that this does not apply if the entire enhancement or cybernetic part is lost from the user completely, in which case it cannot be repaired through this method during combat and will have to be crafted or purchased outside of such.

A Rank Technique Description:
A purely defensive technique, this ability utilizes a close stance in combination with locking down the cybernetic parts of her body to allow for Lillie to increase her willpower for the duration by a single tier, however once the technique ends this returns to the previous tier and remains there until the ability is used again.

A Rank Technique Description: Utilizing her cyborg arm, Lillie forces the arm to overload it's circuits and increase its momentum mid strike, allowing for a much more powerful hit than normal whether it be with a bare fist or while holding a weapon. Speed itself is a factor due to it merely allowing the user to increase their Velocity by one tier above their current and their attack by a single tier as well.
However, the drawback to this is that after the strike is commenced and while this technique is on cool-down, the user's attack and velocity in the cybernetic arm is lowered by a single tier due to it having been overloaded as the name implies and returns to normal once the cool-down is reset.

| Edited, details for the bored below: - Patch Notes (Cyberian Warfare 1.1):
- Department of Redundancy Department: Removed 'Spark' ability as it is already presennt on the Cybernetic Enhancement: Arm.
- Bat-Cyborg: Added a range to the 'Echo' ability and made it clear about being a location determining ability rather than an enemy sensing one.
- How do bullets work again?: Ranges and clarification added to the 'Cyber Ammunition' ability, now actually makes a little bit more sense.
- High-tech, lower-cost: Removed Cool-down on 'Electric Shield', added clarifications and tried to make more sense out of it.
- Rock Salad: Added a clarification to the 'Rock Solid' ability that it is based on willpower and nothing else.
- One Punch Cyborg: Cleaned up the technique focus and added some clarifications to 'Overloaded Strike'
