Defining your crew:
As their flag, name and even ship itself suggests; Soaring Freedom's mission revolves around freeing oppressed persons from tyranny in all forms as well as to provide safety to those in need. The flag itself with it's eagle breaking apart a chain being symbolic of this, and their attitude towards civilians reinforcing this as they often take great care in ensuring the safety of innocents and to keep them out of the firing line when things get rough because they know as much as anyone that most people never ask to be involved in these things and simply end up in them by circumstance.
While the crew is generally focused around providing safety to civilians and the like, they do however not provide the same quarter to those who oppress others such as the Marines, meaning that they are much less likely to give them any sort of mercy when it comes down to it - though, this is not to say they are brutal towards their enemies or outright murderous, they simply do not give them the same chances to flee or surrender as they would to those not aligned with the World Government.
To Pirates, Mercenaries and others of the sort, the attitude of the captain is usually geared more towards 'Mutual Respect' than anything. Meaning that the Captain typically gives others who oppose the World Government and its rules a free pass unless they are actively or desiring to harm innocents or oppress them as mentioned before and they will often not try to start battles when not necessary.
As for the others in command of the ship, The Captain allows her first and second mates to voice their opinions on matters openly and even if they go against her own beliefs, will at times do what is necessary if her fellow crew-mates make a fair point and sees their opinions as being just as important as her own individually as well as collectively.
