Appearance:
Lillie is dressed typically in a sort of mix-matched attire that consists of blue/white sneakers, white and black stockings, red skirt - just above which she wears a belt with a holster containing a hammer along with other tools littered along the belt - and a blue hoodie along with a brown choker and necklace, as well as a pair of goggles atop her head to complete the ensemble.

The shirt worn beneath her hoodie changes from day to day, but usually she wears one with a skull emblazoned and in view. Her hair, meanwhile, is - when out and about - kept up by a pair of hairbands on either side of her head creating a twin-tailed look for her redish-brown hair.

What usually stands out the most upon seeing Lillie for the first time, however, is the cybernetic arm which is on her left side and was even created by Lillie herself after her original arm had been lost during a confrontation with the Marines. This arm has also been retrofitted to allow the use of multiple attachments upon it that the young woman creates herself, such as blades for fighting or something as simple as a compass for easier navigation.

Beyond her cybernetic arm, Lillie also has a single cybernetic lung on the same side as her arm and a portion of the skin and bone has been replaced where her rib-cage is, again, on the left side of her body. All of these wounds - mostly repaired by doctors - were a result of the same confrontation with the Marines that led to her arm being lost and are a reason for her vendetta against the world government.

Personality:
Despite her extensive injuries that had left her in her teenage years as a fragile girl, Lillie Elric is seen as a surprisingly energetic soul that gets just as riled up - maybe even more - than most of those around her when excitement is abound and can be found cheering on her fellow revolutionaries and joining in when possible to fight the Marines she despises. She is also a bit of an instigator when it comes to fighting with Marines and often will seek battle over all other options that are presented to her and, due to this, can be a bit reckless and place herself and others in danger.

When she is not fighting the Marines, however, Lillie has a much different attitude and can be almost seen as a completely different person due to her rather calm and patient nature out of battle as compared to her heated and energetic self that others often see. She also enjoys spending time in her own quarters, tinkering with her cybernetic arm and making new attachments for it that she likes to test out as soon as they are ready, rather than perform many - if any - tests beforehand.

When alone, Lillie likes to just relax by the ocean and daydream about the day when she and her fellow revolutionaries finally win over the World Government and bring the land back to the people for them to rule - not some king or queen or whomever rules the world nowadays.
