Tiger's most shocking trait is that even though he's almost in his twenties, he doesn't look a day over fourteen and what's worst, due to is druid like dress, he's often label by the townspeople of Baterilla as a 'Warlock' or 'Wizard'. Though, the misunderstanding is usually due to his Devil Fruit abilities. For his small frame, Meruem's training with a traveling tribe of Monks, who visited Baterilla for a rare berry for a wine, Meruem's Devil Fruit abilities which he often burns through his clothing to use, whether it be his trademark blue undercoat with the words, 'Heart' or his plain blue vest. With bags under his eyes from the lack of sleep, Tiger being an insomniac who stays awake doing the weirdest of activities, his most extraordinary trait is his long arms which he frequently flails like noodles to amuse those who are uncomfortable with them.

Tiger is constantly about tinkering with medicines and potions alike due to his ever active imagination. Due to this fact, among other medical reasons, he's an insomniac who has problems with staying in one place for too long. Constantly flailing his hands, his erratic tendencies are known to piss off most after awhile, though he's not the talkative type. Tiger has a habit of staring at people intensely, having a theory that according to their reaction, he can gauge the kind of person they are. Meruem is hot headed despite his quite withdrawn demeanor, he doesn't like people messing with his experience or picking on the weak. His feelings tend to fluctuate between peaceful and pissed depending on the weight of the injustice. Born into a marine family, Tiger has rebelled constantly against many rules of ethics and  political inequalities. After watching his childhood friend, Katherine get murdered by a marine grunt due to being in his line of fire, Meruem has since then resented the marines. To the point where he moved out of his family home in the Briss Kingdom, to live with his grandmother on Baterilla.

Tiger's lack of appreciation comes from his grandmother, Bonnie. She was once a pirate and it was due to her 'odd' methods of parenting that Tiger's father defected to the marines. Due to his extremely long arms, Tiger was often bullied in Briss but since moving to Baterilla, the townspeople and his peers found them cool, after watching him play pranks on the local officials. Tiger's life changed once again when a pack of Buddhist monks of a special faction named 'Oracle', visited Tiger's grandmother because they had once clashed on the seas in her days of Piracy. Tiger fascinated with the Monks, in particular, the leader, Jehad. Jehad took a liking to Tiger and taught him the arts of the Mystic Monk Style, utilizing Chi to disarm and empower his strikes. However, the monks informed him of an energy much more purer than Chi, Haki. However, he wasn't exactly at the level to learn Haki as yet.

At the age of fifteen, Tiger decided that his current style lacked hands on application and decided he would flee the island at the age of eighteen, to become a pirate. However, he needed to prepare and finish off quite a few of his experiments. Three years later, Tiger stole a merchant ship from the port of Baterilla, casting off onto the seas after learning basic rules of the sea from his grandmother. Tiger now sports a wizard's hat, which stole from his grandmother's closet, along with his trademark goggles used to protect his eyes from his exploding potions.

He's often seen with red glow, it's due from the heat generated from the fruit and he's often seen shivering when exhausting the fruit's capabilities. With bags under his eyes from the lack of sleep, Tiger being an insomniac who stays awake doing the weirdest of activities, his most extraordinary trait is his long arms which he frequently flails like noodles to amuse those who are uncomfortable with them. The big thing with this whole description is that you shouldn't include abilities that you plan to have in them. Mostly because you can't guarantee that you have them. You can add those in after you get your fruit. You don't have to remove them now, just a note for the future.

Something to note: If your character looks 14, use those kinds of measurements. I've never heard of a 14 year old boy who was 5'7". I would also like to point out that 166 lbs for that height is actually slightly overweight. This is one of the things I actually do research on, so I'm sorry if I seem strict.

Good personality overall. You don't need to include backstory, but that's always a nice thing to have for most people. Once again, though, don't include things involving abilities you don't have approved yet.

Overall, just remember that you could always come back to this and change it later. The only things I really had a problem with were the size measurements. Once you change those, I'll come back and probably approve it.
