Jigoku's Signature Captain's Hat

Description: Every captain of a crew has a signature hat, right? Well, this is Eden's. Around the rim of the hat is a sharp blade, as shown in the picture above. The blade is 3 inches in width all the way around. The rest of the hat has radii of 12 inches, which makes the diameter of the entire hat 24 inches, making it a perfect circle. The blade is made from a very fine metal that has similar flexibility to that of the make of Eden's friend Inori's sword. Stronger/sturdier than titanium but just as flexible and smooth. The rest of the hat is made from a metal that has similar properties of steel, though it has been folded several times to be much stronger than average steel. The hat in total weighs five pounds.
Strengths:

• If thrown, the hat works like a boomerang and eventually returns to Eden.
  
• Due to the class of it, as well as its make, the hat also provides very decent protection from other objects and the like.
  
• The blade is extremely sharp, so it is capable of causing very clean cuts, though not very deep.
  
• The hat also increases in size with Eden in her transformations, which can make it more potentially dangerous.
  

Weaknesses:

• Since it has to be thrown, it can be easily anticipated and dodged if one is alert.
  
• Since it works as a boomerang, it moves in large arcs so it is not very capable in combat once it has missed the first time (the initial throw).
  
• It can only be thrown in one particular direction, so its course cannot be manipulated.
  
• In full transformation, while it is much larger, it is also much slower which still makes it capable of being dodged rather easily since it's a bigger target.
