Tier I: At tier 1, Sebastian is able to detect future changes in the surrounding areas. He can feel upcoming storms or high power enemies (Tier 3 or above unless they use haki to hide their presence).

Since this is a T1 Pro- Your Bird will only be able to feel the presence of T1-T2.

Tier I: At tier 1, Sebastian is able to recognize plants and remember where to find them with ease (by their smell). He can also identify which ones are poisonous and find nearby needed plants if they are located on the island he is on (takes 1 post to look for them). This has no cooldown nor limit,
however; it can only bring 1 species of plant, fruit or berry at a time.

Technique Description: Gin askes Sebastian to look for a specific medicine. Sebastian then goes flying for this medicine. After the post the medicine was asked for, Sebastian comes back with such medicine. This will duplicate the effectivness and effects of Gin's next Organic Medicine technique.
[It wouldn't be a Medicine he searches for, It would be Herbs and plant life. Medicine is what would be made from those Herbs and Plant life. What do you mean by Duplicate? You would be able to Use those Herbs for a technique, But if wouldn't Duplicate anything.  ]

Technique's Duration 3 posts
Technique Description: After asking Sebastian to get a berry, the bird flies away looking for one.
After Sebastian finds one and returns with it (the next post),
a person can eat it to get an unknown buff. When this technique is used, roll a dice. If you land a 1 or 2, gain +15 strength for 3 posts.
If you land 3 or 4, gain +15 speed for 3 posts. If it lands on a 5 or 6, the berry does nothing.

Berries Wouldn't be able to grant a buff on their own. The Berries would be the raw material; A combination of them in such a way made by a Cook, Alchemist, or a healer would be able to grant bonuses, But nothing like the ones you have up there. The Amount of stats you have up there is a high C Class Technique or B Class. Anyways- This technique would be Gathering only.
