Description: Hiroko as a cyborg was enhanced with different weapons. His left arm, however; was covered in sea stone making what looks like skin, strong against devil fruit users. The hardness of such arm is nothing to be played with and can be considered as good as any other blunt weapon (a hammer for example). Cloths will also most of the time cover his skin, making only his hand strong against devil fruit users (unless he removes his sleeves of course). This is considered a blunt weapon. The weapon is all his arm, from his fingertips up to his shoulder. The arm itself is metallic, but the skin is coated in sea stone.


Strengths:
-Since Hiroko's arm itself is the weapon, it will endure slashing damage because of its sea stone coating.
-Its strong against devil fruit users because of the basic sea stone abilities.
-Damage done with his arm is also considered to be done as a weapon, making his melee fighting stronger.

Weaknesses:
-Because of the weapon being his arm, he gains no extra range. Other weapons would give extra range (at least a few centimeters in the case of a knife), but this one does not.
-Because of the weapon being combined with him, Hiroko is actually not able to take it off. This means he is unable to throw it or use it in any other creative way.
-In case of the weapon breaking for some reason, Hiroko's arm would be essentially destroyed.

Clothes or Cloth in general wouldn't block the ability of Sea stone. I would say within 2 meters of a devilfruit user they would feel the effects of Sea stone. so get a new weakness on that. Is the entire arm Sea stone?
