His face posses stubble of hair his is currently trying to grow a beard. He wear all manner of clothes typically imaginestic and fashion forward, mostly costumes/cosplay.
His own sense of style consists of brightly colored garments of high fashion with sensible shoes or none at all.

Personality:Tobias doesn't hate any faction he does his job and thats that. Tobias doesn't go out of his way catch criminals that are right in front of him. He does what is asked of him and what he feels no initiative. At times his behavior can be down right selfish not helping someone because he is taking a break or waiting to be asked directly. It is very like him to go dark, without contact. This is normally not a problem because he gets assigned extended missions.
At times he can be temperamental
Sarcastic he doesn’t like a stupid question. If the answer can easily be determined through observation then it’s stupid.
Playful: Just cause your fighting doesn’t mean you can’t have fun. He will jest with his comrades and enemies alike. He will use his devil fruit to prank people.
Vulgar He is known to make sexually suggestive comments. Often times he is completely without tact. This in combination with his tendency to forget certain articles of clothing make him come off as as perverse.
Impatience comes from his sense of arrogance, thinking his time his worth more than others. But also time waiting is time wasted.

Character History: Where does one come from is it where they are born or perhaps where they spend most of their childhood?
The third child of a archaeologist and merchant. He would be born while Annabel his mother was on one of her voyages. Although he shared features of his other siblings there were always questions as to if he was actually his fathers child. Although it wasn't expressively stated. He would treat Tobias differently. His siblings however loved him greatly, their little brother whom they did their best to protect. His father was a merchant so they traveled a lot no matter where they traveled Annabel would find them and bring stories and goods from her travels. When Tobias was 10 he would go through the worst time of his life. There was always some tradgedy occuring. People come to wherever they were staying demanding to speak to their mother mostly. Unable to find her the father would speak to them. Well not so much speak as get beat up. Eventually the robbing would take places and the fire. They would begin to move more frequently. Scared and at his wits end became physically abusive to Tobias. Pinning all that was wrong on him. It would be two years before he would see his mother again, the night that she would also die and he would loose his family.
This period is repressed from his memories. But what his does remember is waking up on the shore of some unfamiliar island clinging to a crate that smelled of his mother. Inside were a few things all of which Tobias saw as his moms possessions to whom he wanted to return them to. After three days camped out on that beach he would sub-come to hunger and eat the exotic fruit in the box that that kept its peak look of ripeness despite the condition it had been stored. It tasted horrible but he was determined to eat all and he would have to had it not been for the ship that would come. Bearing a blue cross and white sail. A few dozen people would get off the ship but only one came to him directly, Ms. Kara. promising to help locate his family. They would take the contents of the box saying that the contents of it would help their efforts. Ms. Kara would bring him to ship.
In time he would be told the fates of the rest of his family, death to all but one of his siblings. But Ms. Kara would with sensitivity that Tobias had only survived by floating on a crate.
As orphan who had an impressive ability worth studying and putting to use for the WG was put into training.
