Personality: Crazy: Bojack has an extremely impaired sense of empathy. He many times finds himself incapable of understanding other people’s feelings and how they are negatively affected by his actions. He has been known to cause large amounts of damage to people’s property without thinking about how they would feel about it. He very rarely stops to think before doing something about if someone else would approve of it because the thought just doesn’t cross his mind. Bojack has issues planning things out before he does them because he doesn’t consider the negative possibilities and is only focused on getting what he wants. Bojack has issues with authority figures, but if he forms a bond with someone and believes that listening to them is beneficial to him he’ll be able to follow orders without question or hesitation.
Brave: Due to his inability to foresee consequences Bojack is very “brave” his bravery is actually more like foolishness because it’s not like he just doesn’t care about what can happen to him, he just literally doesn’t consider the possibility of getting hurt. Bojack understands that there are people much stronger than him, but he isn’t quick to catch onto the fact that they can do a lot of damage to him with their superior strength. There was a situation in his youth where he was nearly mauled by a wolf because he had foolishly wandered into the forest, but he ended up strangling it with his bare hands and avoiding the danger entirely. While his ignorant bravery can cause him to get into dangerous situations, it has also lead to situations where he was the danger because he didn’t care about the consequences of his actions. Because he doesn’t fear persecution, he commits crimes casually and would honestly be more likely to blame others than take responsibility for his actions.
Stupid: While he isn’t the dullest person around, Bojack is extremely prone to doing extremely dumb things that can put him in situations where bad things happen to him. As a navigator, he has to be intelligent but outside of his knowledge of the seas and the islands within them he isn’t very knowledgeable at all. He can’t really use weapons like swords or axes, and his ability to use ranged weaponry is completely terrible. While he is able to hold his own in hand to hand combat, Bojack is by no means an expert and would lose to most experienced fighters.
Quiet: Bojack is very quiet and seemingly shy. He only really appears shy though, he actually has no problem with social interactions. The reason he doesn’t actually talk much is that he just prefers not to. He believes that people that are too loud and draw too much attention onto themselves are trying to hide something by drawing attention towards what they are saying or doing at the exact moment when they are being extremely loud and boisterous. Bojack would much rather let his actions do the talking than speak about things he plans to do eventually. The loudest nigga in the room is the brokest indeed.
Evil: Bojack is a savage and ruthless warrior. He would have no problem slaughtering a large group of people for almost no reason at all. His morals are extremely messed up, but he also is able to understand the morals of regular and heroic people. The thing about Bojack’s way of thinking that makes him truly bad is that he knows that his actions are different from the norm, but he does them anyway. Real evil moves opposed to the good. The world government is in his eyes the largest collection of enemies for him in existence, and he would love nothing more than toppling the entire government. He wishes to burn the government and everything it stands for.
Secretive: Bojack is uncomfortable letting other people know his true thoughts and feelings. He is more of a presence that operate in the shadows than someone who directly lets his motives be shown. He is willing to work with someone who benefits his cause in order to serve his purpose without being obvious in his intentions.
Lazy: Bojack is extremely lazy. He will often avoid doing simple tasks because he just doesn't feel like it. His laziness can trump his desire to do most things such as act on his anger. Bojack isn't the most dependable person because you can never be sure that he'll actually do it.
