Description: Laverne is replica katana shaped entirely out of wood. It does not have a cross guard, nor a conventional grip, rather the hilt has been shaped and simply had a linen material wrapped around it. The blade is thick and dull, though still carved in order to imitate a single edged blade.


Strengths: Makes a good non-lethal weapon, inducing primarily blunt damage on to a target.

Weaknesses: Being wood, the weapon lacks the ability to stand up to other bladed weapons.
