Skill Set Information: The user transforms into a Dragon. Simple. They are 10 feet tall from feet to head, the neck length being 1 of those feet. The torso is 5 feet long, while the tail is another 5 feet. Everything is scaled. Or Jeweled. The user also has a form of Jewel manipulation, that can only be used in Dragon form, and with very specific restrictions
Passives:

Due to the super scales, her defense is increased by ten in dragon form only.

When using her abilities, everything on her person melds into her.

Any part of the Dragon form heals at the same rate as the user, however any damage in Dragon
form transfers to the main body
You are able to have up to Three Passives.

Skill Set Strengths:
The user can fly with the wings at their speed!
Due to the user's scales and jeweled body, their defense is increased by 10
Due to their increased size, their strength is increased by 10
Very flexible in the air!

Skill Set Weakness:

The user, while not having a speed reduction, is not very flexible. Due to this, they cannot easily reach their back or their underside, and if flipped on the ground has a bit of struggle.

Due to decreased intelligence, the users will also drop by 10(minimum 1)

The defense of the leathery part of the wings have defense equal to -10 before strengths bonus with a minimum of 1

Dragon form cannot swim at all, and the user must transform back in order to do so
